A Collection of Bald Eagles In Flight
The Bald Eagle is a beautiful and majestic bird. Adult Bald Eagles are brown in color with white heads and tails and an orange beak. Juvenile Bald Eagles are a mixture of brown and white with brown beaks. Juvenile Bald Eagles do not get their adult plumage until they are 4 – 6 years old.
The Bald Eagle is also the national bird of the United States. In the late 20th century, the Bald Eagle was nearly extinct. The bird populations have since recovered and it now can be found in the most of the contiguous United States.
The Bald Eagle is also one my favorite photography subjects. Here is my collection of Bald Eagles in flight. I hope you enjoy my gallery of Bald Eagles in flight.
